Position: In-Home Caregiver
Home Instead® seeks a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our caregiving team in Minot. The ideal candidate will be crucial in providing our clients with quality care, support, and companionship. Home Instead is a non-medical home care company that has been serving seniors for over 25 years. Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

Qualifications:
- Professional or family caregiving experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation (valid driver's license and auto insurance if driving clients)
Responsibilities:
- Engage in companionship and conversation
- Provide standby assistance and light walking or exercise
- Administer medication reminders
- Assist with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and help with errands/shopping
- Specialized training provided for Alzheimer's care
