Position: In-Home Caregiver
Home Instead® seeks compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our caregiving team in Beulah and Hazen. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in providing our clients with quality care, support, and companionship. If you have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others, along with excellent interpersonal and caregiving skills, we invite you to apply for this fulfilling position.
Schedule:
- Full-time day and night shifts
- 8-12 hour shifts available
- Various shifts to establish consistent schedules for caregivers and clients
Qualifications:
- Professional or family caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation (valid driver's license and auto insurance if driving clients)
Responsibilities:
- Engage in companionship and conversation
- Provide standby assistance and light walking or exercise
- Administer medication reminders
- Assist with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and help with errands/shopping
- Specialized training provided for Alzheimer's care
Benefits and Compensation:
- Hourly wages range from $16 to $20 based on experience and client needs
- Flexible schedules that accommodate your life
