We are seeking a dedicated Residential Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our residential home and help create a positive experience for both residents and care professionals.

Position Overview

The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential home, ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a welcoming and engaging environment. This role combines household coordination, resident engagement, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and passionate about creating a home where residents can thrive.

Responsibilities

Resident Care & Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate meaningful activities, and engagement opportunities for residents
  • Build positive relationships with residents and their families while promoting a warm, home-like atmosphere
  • Coordinate appointments, transportation, shopping trips, and community activities
  • Monitor resident needs and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with resident support and care as needed

Household Management

  • Manage grocery shopping and household supply inventories
  • Ensure the home remains clean, organized, safe, and welcoming
  • Coordinate household schedules and daily routines to support residents' quality of life

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and support Care Professionals working within the home
  • Assist with onboarding and training new Care Professionals assigned to the residence
  • Monitor staffing coverage and work with office staff to address scheduling needs
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality care

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate resident records, activity logs, and household documentation
  • Assist with care plan implementation and communication between residents, families, and care teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with office staff and healthcare professionals to support resident well-being

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid North Dakota driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Previous supervisory, healthcare, residential, hospitality, or senior care experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work independently
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing exceptional care
  • Experience coordinating activities, managing household operations, or leading teams is a plus
